Philosophy
At AESP we have a very simple philosophy, which is to create the best coffee, roast every batch maintaining absolute consistency in quality and profile, and get it all delivered to our customers at a great price . Our customers' expectations guide our standards and we build true partnerships in coffee development, quality production and supply.

Standards
Rainforest Alliance
Registered as a Rainforest Alliance producer
Since September 2012 AESP has been producing, and reporting trade of, Rainforest Alliance coffee. Currently stocking 3 RFA varieties/origins of coffee beans we are able to create a blend to suit most applications and desired profiles.
HACCP
HACCP Certified by Silliker
The roasting facility first attained HACCP certification in September 2012, and has subsequently been granted a second certification through Silliker Australia.
Fairtrade
Registered with FTANZ
Since September 2012 AESP has been supporting the Fairtrade cause, and prior (through affiliated comapnies) dating back to 2006. Currently Stocking 6 varieties/origins of Fairtrade beans, and with access to many more, we are able to provide any profile in compliance with Fairtrade licensing. Our license number is 28960 and is able to be incorporated on customer packaging along with the Fairtrade registered logo [subsequent to approval].
Foundation Coffee Support
Our own direct funding programme
AESP has created its own support programme which will become active in 2014. The Foundation Coffee Support (FCS) programme will see a portion of funds obtained from the sale of selected coffees re-invested in nominated projects within the growing communities at origin. Via our website you will be able to view funds raised and the results of their contribution.

UTZ
UTZ certified beans
Although currently not an active producer of UTZ certified coffee, we are able to access UTZ beans from a number of origins. Customers interested in UTZ should nominate this preference with us.
SQF
Certified against SQF standards.
AESP is proudly certified against SQF standards. This is the highest level of certification against globally recognised quality food production standards.
